Introduction

An important part of business engineering is allowing clear insight into the decision making process - both for users and for the business.

Justifications help in providing this insight by coupling explanations with decision outcomes.

Where can justifications be applied?

Justifications can be applied in all Logic elements with multiple outcomes:

• Decision table
• Business rule
• Data rules
• External rule

Showing justifications to the business

Justifications are shown in the Decision Requirements Diagram (DRD).

Showing justifications to users

Justifications can be placed on Page with the Container type Container type: AQ_Justifications.

Using justifications to webservices
