* Date may change due to changes in the end of support and servicing dates from Microsoft
** Oracle JDK switches license on a LTS version for patch releases created a year after the release of the next LTS version. Releases before that date have the Oracle No-Fee Terms and Conditions (NFTC) license, after that date the license is Java SE OTN License (OTN) and production use beyond the limited free grants of the OTN license will require a fee.

A note on database collation
The term collation refers to a set of rules that determine how (text) data is sorted and compared. For instance, the collation determines if characters are compared case sensitive or case insensitive. Blueriq tests the supported databases using a specific collation. If a database is created with a different collation, performance may degrade or functionality may even break (such as case insensitive searching on lists). Blueriq therefore only supports the above databases with the following collation:
- Oracle: default collation (which is case sensitive)
- SQL Server: default collation (which is case insensitive)
- PostgreSQL: the 'und-x-icu' collation (which is case sensitive)
