You are viewing the documentation for Blueriq 16. Documentation for other versions is available in our documentation directory.
User access and management of Blueriq Encore is devided into two parts: registering users and their password and roles and the definition of what a users in a group may and may not do based on their roles.
Depending which action you want to perform, it needs to be done in either the identity provider (a default Blueriq installation comes with Keycloak) or in Blueriq Encore, as described in the table below:
Identity provider (Keycloak) | Blueriq Encore |
---|---|
Add or delete a user | Edit group access |
Change password | Role mapping |
Assign roles to users | |
Connect with an external user database and other advanced configuration |
