Another standard in decision management is The Decision Model (TDM). The decision model is a formal model for logic, not per se a notation.
It also has a notation, but no shapes other than logic. TDM uses a glossary of fact types, whereas DMN focuses on input data.

The decision model created a list of 15 principle that good decision management systems should obey to. Blueriq obeys to all of these principles. However, some principles listed below are more strict than what Blueriq demands. In that way you could obey to the principle in full, but do not have to.
