This document contains visualizations of specific topics (parts) of Blueriq.

Goal

The goal of these visuals is providing insight in a specific topic of the Blueriq platform. The visuals aim to give business engineers answers to questions such as "I am modeling a page. What are the concepts that I can use?" or "I've heard about expressions. Where can I use these?" In general, the visuals provide a map of a certain topic (area) of Blueriq that the business engineer can use to wander around in.

Maps

The visuals provided in this document can be compared to maps. When trying to plot a journey from point A to point B, a map like the one on the left side of the picture below might be best. When deciding where to buy a house, a map as shown below on the right might be best. A map that provides both insights probably does not exist.

Visuals are available for the following topics

Topic based

In analogy with maps, it is deliberately NOT the intention to provide a single and complete diagram where every area of Blueriq is covered and all concepts and all relations between these concepts are specified. Although possible, this would result in a very complex visual with many topics, concepts and relations. This visual will be incomprehensible to the untrained eye and not usable for the business engineer.

Because of the fact that there will not be many business engineers that actually want to know everything-about-everything in a single visual, visuals are created for different areas of expertise.
