Blueriq provides support and maintenance over stated time periods for the major versions of Blueriq products of Blueriq products (i.e., versions 816.x, 915.x, or 1014.x). The published life cycle calendars for Blueriq products for Blueriq products allow customers and partners to effectively plan, deploy, and support Blueriq productsBlueriq products.
The life cycle associated with a Blueriq product identifies the various levels of maintenance for each release of that product over a period of time from the general availability (GA) to the end of the maintenance phase.

Start Date: The date when the following major is GA. For example, Blueriq 10 BMA 6.0 is released in April 2017 March 2023 so this is the start of the Maintenance and Support phase for Blueriq 9 BMA 5.0 and thus the end of the Product Development phase.
Maintenance & Support phase is provided according to the Maintenance and Support Agreement. During the Maintenance & Support phase patches will be released regularly containing security patches and bugfixes.
