The AQ_NavigationMenu container show a menu containing menu items which are links to the first page of a SinglePageFlow. Each SinglePageFlow that is modelled in the PagesFlow is accessible from this menu.
Menu items of SinglePageFlows that are behind a condition node that evaluates to false are disabled as they are not reachable.
AQ_NavigationMenu containers that are placed on pages that are not the first page of a SinglePageFlow are disabled as they do not take part in a free navigable flow
