The DCM Lists no longer starts in the DCM installation.

The configuration for the DCM Lists has changed with release 16.9, but it was not yet adapted for the DCM installation. This has been fixed.

The quick test panel would fail to show correctly if a reverse relation is inferred through a default expression.

Reverse relations that are inferred using a default expressions are now correctly shown in the quick test panel.

The timeline-sql-store upgrade scripts for 15.13.0 did not contain a table name in the update statements for indexes. This leads to an error when the script is executed.

The upgrade scripts have been changed to include the table name.
