CSD-4225	Studio	AQ_ThrowMessageEvent and DCM_ThrowAsyncMessageEvent would not validate the message event configuration in a library	These service calls will now validate their message event configuration in libraries, which also means that the service call is now considered as a dependency of the message event
BQ-16324	Runtime	External flows that threw a portal message would not be seen as external flows anymore.	This has been fixed. When an external flow throws a portal message, its result is stored in the data store.
BQ-16300	Studio	Reverting and merging attributes, relations, static instances or datamapping testcases which had been renamed could fail	Reverting and merging these elements now succeeds
