You are viewing the documentation for Blueriq 14. Documentation for other versions is available in our documentation directory.
Standard Blueriq components are available in different libraries. These libraries are bundled in a package called AquimaLibraries. Each Blueriq release contains the latest version of this package.
The main reason that the AquimaLibraries package exists is that you can be fully flexible in choosing which Blueriq components you want to use in your project and which you do not. If you do not need that flexibility, you simply create your project with the New project wizard and all the components from the AquimaLibraries package are automatically available. If you already have a project, or you want to choose the libraries you need, you can import the package.

Contents
The AquimaLibraries package consists of the following libraries:
- AquimaLibrary: contains container types and Service call types
- AquimaTheme: contains content styles
- AquimaPresentationStyles: contains presentation styles
Dashboard: contains components specific for dashboards
The dashboard components only work when the Dashboard component is installed.
Import the package
The AquimaLibraries package can be imported as any package. Because Blueriq always contains the latest version of the package, you can simply select the package from the list as shown below.
Upgrade the libraries
New functionality introduced in releases can lead to new or updated components in a library. This leads to a new version of the AquimaLibraries package, as shown in package updates.
When you upgrade to a new release which contains a new package, you need to manually upgrade the relevant libraries in the package. You do this by importing the AquimaLibraries package as described above. Blueriq will recognize that the libraries already exist and ask you what to do. Select the appropriate action for each library.
Package updates
The list below shows in which release the AquimaLibraries package is updated. Each update contains links to the corresponding library version and release notes.
