We included newer versions of these dependencies, in which the CVEs have been fixed.

For REST service calls a timeout can be set in the application.properties, but this timeout was not respected.

Every REST call gets its own timeout, such that the service does get interrupted after the timeout period has elapsed. The way these timeouts are entered in the application.properties file has not changed. A Timeout exit event has been added to the AQ_RestServiceClient.
