The use of Assets is not recommended. This feature will be deprecated in a future version. Please use Text item and Content item when possible.

What is it?

An asset is a collection of one or more text blocks. The format of these text blocks is determined by the asset type that is used by the asset.

How to – create a new Asset

  1. Select the Home tab
  2. From the Interaction group select the Asset icon
  3. Fill in the required fields
  4. Add text to the available formats

Description
NameThe only obligatory field. It identifies the object. Maximum 50 characters (only letters, numbers and underscores (_)) are allowed.

TypeSelect an available Asset Type
FormatsThe formats available are defined in the Asset Type. For each format, fill in a text for each language.
In assets, you can use Text Substitution Language: TSL.
