Blueriq 17 support

With the Publisher 8 we now support Blueriq 17 and Blueriq 16 Studio models.

Technology upgrade

• Compiled against Java 21 (was 17)
• Spring boot 3.2.5 (was 3.1.10)
• Hibernate 6.4 (was 6.2)

Removal of JDBC drivers

In Publisher 8 we have stopped deliver JDBC drivers out of the box. More information on how to configure your required JDBC driver can be found in the Configuring JDBC database drivers installation guide.
