Problem

In Blueriq 13.13.1 and 14.1.1 a change was made which requires .NET Framework 4.7.2 to be installed, this have been the minimum supported .NET Framework version since Blueriq 13.6 but was never enforced by the installer. When a lower version than 4.7.2 of the .NET Framework is installed the Studio Service fails to start and it does not provide a clear message why.

Solution

Install .NET Framework version 4.7.2 or higher.
