BQ-22490	Encore	Cancelling all changes may result in unresponsive views.	The cancellation of changes no longer causes views to become unresponsive.
CSD-5153	Encore	The SPLIT function was incorrectly declared to have a single valued return type.	The SPLIT function declaration has been updated to indicate that the function has a multivalued return type.
CSD-5126	JAVA Runtime	The timeline-sql-store upgrade scripts for 15.13.0 did not contain a table name in the update statements for indexes. This leads to an error when the script is executed.	The upgrade scripts have been changed to include the table name.
