There are two different ways to create a new connection. 

1. Use the custom connection bean annotation

1. Create a connection This is the easiest way to create a "custom-type" connection
2. Create a configuration widget for a connection This is is necessary if you want to configure the connection in the development settings window, you can also skip this step and configure it by editing the application.properties file.

2. Create your own connection 

Create a new connection from scratch and Create an Aquima Connection Manager to customize the connectionmanagement.
