Described below are all the different platforms supported by Blueriq. Each chapter describes for each component which platforms are supported. In the tables you'll find a column called "End of support by vendor". This is the date when the vendor will drop the public support for this platform. As a general rule, Blueriq will discontinue the support of the platform the next minor release after the vendor ended their support. Blueriq will support the latest version of each platform and one back (n-1) at the time that the Blueriq version is released for General Availability, as long as the n-1 platform is supported by the vendor (any form of extended or payed support is excluded).
Blueriq ensures that, for supported platforms, during the lifecycle of a Blueriq version for every release the products (e.g. Blueriq Runtime, Blueriq Studio) are tested against these platforms. We test against the most commonly used combinations of platforms (such as a setup of Java Runtime 21, JBoss EAP 8.0, RHEL 9 and Oracle 23ai). As a customer you are able to report issues that are related to a platform that is supported. Blueriq will try to reproduce the issue with the provided reproduction path and configuration. If there are issues concerning a supported platform that are known by Blueriq, Blueriq will proactively inform customers via the Community. In the case of a security issue, customers will be directly informed via Product Support.
