Questions and the Knowledge Base

 

June 5, 2014 - Today we launched Questions, the successor of Blueriq Answers. Questions is completely integrated with our Community, which has a number of advantages.

 

When you search for something you can now search both the documentation as well as all the questions & answers from the Community at the same time. This is a feature that has been requested multiple times. Furthermore, we can link subjects in the documentation to questions and vice versa, which makes all the information available in one place. Last, Questions has the same look & feel as well as functionality as the entire Community. We migrated the content from Answers to Questions, so you can still access the previous questions and answers.

Knowledge Base

Together with Questions we also launched the Knowledge Base. The Knowledge Base consists of simple How-to and Troubleshooting articles which provide solutions for common problems. So if you have a problem or do not know how to reach your goal, be sure to search the Knowledge Base first. This can be conveniently done from the search box on the top right of the page. You can search through the documentation, Questions and the Knowledge Base from there.
