As a best practice

backup your repository
backup your database before running scripts
backup your spring.config.additional-location directory ([Blueriq installation directory]\Runtime)
backup any config files you have altered under [Blueriq installation directory]\Services

before you start the upgrade.

BQ-23854		The Development Tools REST API documentation did not display the endpoint documentation snippets.	The Development Tools REST API properly displays all relevant snippets again.
CSD-5500	Encore	The content in the REST service editor was not scrollable, resulting in parts of the editor to be invisible and non-interactive.	The areas that may contain content that can overflow have been made scrollable.
