A work list can be placed in a container or directly on a page. The interaction between the work list container and relating service calls are modeled in a flow.
AQ_WorkList vs AQ_TaskList
Container type: AQ_TaskList was introduced for displaying the tasks within a single case. The AQ_WorkList Container Type should be used for displaying tasks over multiple cases.
