Changes in this version
We've added the DCM_ReadCase service which loads aggregates belonging to a case into the profile. See DCM_ReadCase for more information.
DCM_CaseCreate parameters have been deleted. Configuration for storing aggregate id's and process id are no longer needed.
All DCM* services and containers now input/output CaseId's (type String) instead of ProcessId's (type Integer)Updates to support the new global case identifier
