Publisher Artifactory support

Blueriq Publisher 4.1 now supports a deployment pipeline using Artifactory By adding this we are not limited anymore to some specific databases. We can now better integrate our products in a CI/CD environment. The integration is improved because we are now able to process our models (with the Blueriq Publisher) within the Artifactory and let all runtimes connect to it. This is much easier in respect to setting up the architecture of the environment landscape.

• Aligned with Blueriq 11 SDK and management service client (remains backwards compatibility with Blueriq 10)

Bugfixes

The publisher dependency checker identified CVE-2018-15758 in third party libraries.

Upgraded spring-security-oauth2 from version 2.3.3 to 2.3.4 to resolve this vulnerability.
