To enable this feature for the Customer Data Service you should set the following property : blueriqadjust the blueriq.customerdata.oracle.case-insensitive-search-enabled=true in blueriq-customerdata-odata-service-v1.yml or blueriq-customerdata-odata-service-v1.properties
