The Customerdata Customer Data Service (version 2.0.0 and up) and the Trace Event Publisher (version 11.3 and up) can send events to a queue. This queue can then be consumed by other systems that want to do something with this data.

Blueriq supports RabbitMQ as a queue implementation. The following pages describe how to install RabbitMQ and configure it so you can use it with either the Customerdata Customer Data Service or the Trace Event Publisher.

For convenience reasons, from Blueriq 12.8 and onward, we provide Apache Qpid as a drop-in replacement for RabbitMQ when installing Blueriq with the installer. However, we only support RabbitMQ for production scenarios.
