Problem

Creating a encrypted project export consumes significantly more memory and take longer than versions before 17.1. This issue was caused due the introduction of using the XML-ENC standard to create an encrypted project export. 

Solution

This issue will partial be resolved in 17.5, encrypted exports will still consume more memory and could take longer than versions before 17.1, but have been reduced significantly since version 17.1
