1. Create a new value list

2. Add at lease one item in the Items tab

3. Select the Conditions tab

4. Toggle the Conditional toggle. A table appears (like a decision table) summing up the values you just created on the Items tab. 

5. Define in the table:

   • Which conditions apply to the value list

   • Which value is shown when the condition is true by ticking the checkboxes
