The Customerdata Service (version 2.0.0 and up) and the Trace Event Publisher (version 11.3 and up) can send events to a queue when data is changed. This queue can then be consumed by other systems that want to do something with the (changed) datathis data.

Blueriq supports RabbitMQ as a queue implementation.
